Lady May
LADY MAY is a lovely 3-4-year-old LYNX POINT SIAMESE. She has all her claws, in fact she has a few more as she is polydactyl on all four paws. She is FIV/FeLV negative, microchipped, spayed and up to date on her vaccinations. Lady May has light blue eyes a pink tipped nose and an easy to care for coat that she enjoys having brushed.
Lady May was spotted living outside in the North Woods of WI in the frigid cold. It was several weeks before she was successfully trapped. She is very lucky there were so many compassionate people dedicated to catching her. All the rescues up north were full so the kind women who caught her contacted SPCR and Lady May made her way into a loving foster home.
Lady May was a little scared when she first came in, but she still accepted and enjoyed head and chin scratches and quickly crawled onto her foster moms lap for some snuggles. She loves attention and spending time with her foster mom. She also enjoys playing with wand toys and cat toys filled with catnip.
The best home for this sweet girl would be a quiet home that is not very busy. No young kids, cats or dogs. She would love to be someone’s loyal best friend and lap cat. She would shower you with as much love as you give her.
Lady May has been a wonderful foster and perfect with her litter box and scratching posts. She loves food, especially wet/canned food and will need to have that daily in her new home. Lady May is one of those cats that has a tender and loving heart, and she so desperately wants to give it to someone who will love her, keep her safe and never allow her to live outside again. Even though she may start out a little unsure she warms up quickly and is worth the extra one on one time it takes to get her there.
