SNOWY is a 3 to 4 year old SILVER SHADED PERSIAN who is looking for a great home.  She is fully vetted.  Snowy has been spayed,  had a dental, has her rabies and distemper vaccines,  feluk/fiv negative, microchipped and dewormed.

Snowy has not had an easy life.  She spent the last few years living in a garage with multiple other cats and very limited light.  We believe this is why her eyes are never really wide open.  When Snowy came to SPCR she was also extremely matted and had to be shaved to her skin.  But as u can see her fur is growing back.

Snowy is doing great in foster care.  She is not a lap cat.  But she follows her foster parents and is always close. Even when they go to bed she follows and sleeps on the floor on a rug in the bedroom doorway. This is the spot she has chosen.

Snowy loves the sunlight.  She loves to lay on the stairs with the sun coming in the window in the afternoon.   In foster care Snowy does not use the cat trees.  She prefers to lay in a bed or on a rug on the floor. She will also go on an ottoman, but nothing higher at this time.

Snowy needs a quiet home that will give her patience and love.  She needs someone to accept her and build a trust with her but not be pushy.  Her foster mom can hold her and pet her,  but her foster dad can’t.

Snowy is currently eating royal canine dry and a third a can of food 2 or 3 times a day.

Snowy would do great as an only cat or can be with other easy going cats that won’t bother her.  She does not want to play rough or chase.

Snowy needs a home with no dogs or children.
