SAMANTHA is a beautiful,  8 lb, 1.5 year-old spayed female PLATINUM POINT TONKANESE with all of her claws and bright blue eyes. She has been fully vetted and is ready to go to her forever home.

Samantha is sweet, but very shy.  She came to SPCR when her owner could no longer care for her.

Samantha takes time to feel comfortable in her surroundings and can be timid at first. She enjoys back and butt scritches.  She is very food motivated. She is a relatively quiet and shy kitty.  She is just learning what toys are.  She has shown some interest in wands.

In a new environment, Samantha is shy and reserved at first. She’d do best in a quieter home with a stable routine.

Samantha needs to have at least one other kitty in the home that she can learn from and be secure with. She has been introduced to the resident dog, and just ignores him. She would do best with a calm, gentle, respectful dog. She enjoys the company of cats who want to groom and snuggle. She has been fostered in a home with two adults. She has not been exposed to children, but older, respectful kids would be ok.
