Pork Chop

PORK CHOP is an all GREY DOMESTIC SHORTHAIR male kitten with expressive golden eyes.  He’s lean and lanky and likely to grow into a majestic-looking, and quite possibly, a big guy. He’s almost 4 months old, up-to-date on his vaccinations, neutered, has all his claws.

Pork Chop came to SPCR with his litter mates from a shelter. He’s been the “big brother” of the litter and even the “big brother” of the foster room to other young kittens that have joined the foster family; often gently playing with the younger kittens and letting them jump all over him. All that stops when it’s food time, however! Pork Chop was a little roly, poly guy when he came into foster as an 8 week old kitten and he has never missed a meal. He tends to be the first one to eat and he grumbles at his litter mates while he’s eating to ensure he gets his fair share, but you wouldn’t know it now as lean and lanky as he is today! Pork Chop is a lover of people and he purrs when you look at him and often greets you by rubbing up against your legs and asking for pets. He enjoys being held and getting head scratches too.

He does great with all people, other cats and he likely would do well with respectful kids and dogs, with proper introductions. Pork Chop has been a joy to foster and will bring a smile to your face with his silly kitten antics and will warm your heart with his purr!
