POPEYE is a gorgeous RED TABBY AND WHITE DOMESTIC SHORTHAIR. He is a little over 1 year old, neutered and has his claws. He weighs between 8 and 9 pounds.

Popeye came to SPCR last year as one of a pair of very abused kittens  because there was nowhere else for them to go. They recovered well and were adopted out to a wonderful home that took great care of them. Unfortunately the resident cat was not as enthused about them and after several months of trying, it was not going to work. So they are back and Popeye is ready to go to his FurEver Home like yesterday! He is a friendly, happy boy as you can see in his video below. He is a bit high strung so an adult, cat experienced home will be preferred. He is fine with other cats when introduced slowly and a very easy going/elderly/quiet dog would probably be fine.
