Coco Puff
COCO PUFF is an adorable SEAL POINT RAGDOLL with blue eyes and the cutest pink nose. She is 3 years old, spayed, has her claws, is up to date on vaccinations, and FIV/FeLV negative. She weighs almost 9 lbs.
Coco Puff’s previous owners were heartbroken that they had to give up this little cutie patootie. They tried very hard to integrate her with their other kitties, but without success despite their best efforts. They contacted our rescue to help find her a forever home where she can be a single pet (no dogs either, no matter how calm and cat loving they may be).
Her foster mom is very smitten with this little doll, and feels that a kitty’s wish and preference should be respected. Coco Puff loves her human(s), and with so much cuteness and fluffiness, who needs the competition of other pets anyway? If you plan on getting another cat (even a kitten) or a dog in the future, please do not apply for her.
While a little timid at first, once she warms up she wants to be around her humans. Coco Puff makes an awesome lap warmer when her foster mom watches her favorite Netflix shows. Coco Puff seems to prefer showing off her hunting prowess when she has a captivated audience, so a little play time with wand toys a couple times a day will be appreciated by this little cat. You can’t help but smile when you watch her bunny kick one of her catnip toys or when she does the famous Ragdoll flop.
Coco Puff will vocalize when she knows someone is around but she cannot see that person, probably an indication that she feels a bit stressed or lonely, so please be prepared to hear her meowing on and off for a while. If you don’t have tolerance for hearing that sound, she may not be the right one for you.
Her foster mom predicts that Coco Puff will exhibit some signs that she is still struggling with the recent changes to environments and routines. She needs a patient pet parent who is able to read her cues and allows her to blossom on her own terms over time, and can commit to giving her at least a month to get settled. A calm adult only home with people experienced with the stresses that will affect most kitties during times of changes will be optimal for her. We tested her with an older child, but came to the realization that children cause too much stress for Coco Puff.
She eats both wet and dry food and has been fully vetted.
