Katie

KATIE is a 1-2 year old LYNX POINT SIAMESE female.  She is fully vetted, including being spayed, FIV/FeLV negative, has her rabies and distemper shots,  microchipped and dewormed.

Katie came to SPCR after she was rescued by another group while she was pregnant.  Her babies were all adopted and Katie was still looking for a home.  SPCR then agreed to welcome Katie into our adoption program.

Katie is very loving and friendly to her foster mom, but is afraid of new people. (Please watch the video to see how happy she is interacting with her foster mom).

Katie is looking for an adopter that will be patient to help her feel secure in her new home.  She will be a very loving and loyal companion once this happens.

Katie is not overly playful, she loves her cat trees so she requires one in her new home.  Otherwise she is happy just to hang out with you.

Katie is currently eating Purina one dry free feeding and Weurva wet packets once a day for canned food.

Katie does have a slight neurological condition that makes her back end sway slightly when walking or running, but she has no trouble getting around.  She can climb stairs and her cat trees. Her litter box habits are 100%.  She would be fine living with another calm cat (given proper introductions). However dogs and kids would be too much for her.
