RACHEL is a one-of-a-kind 4-month-old TORTOISESHELL kitten with an even more special heart. She does not have her back feet (we don’t know if she was born this way, or if she lost them in an unfortunate accident) regardless, she doesn’t let her disability slow her down one bit! She has learned to get around in her own unique way and approaches life with confidence, curiosity, and a playful spirit.

Rachel is spayed, current on vaccinations, FIV/FeLV negative, has her claws and is microchipped. She is 100% with her litterbox and uses a scratching post appropriately!

This sweet girl absolutely loves people and is happiest when she’s surrounded by attention. She’s incredibly affectionate, enjoys being part of whatever you’re doing, and is always ready for a play session or a cuddle. Rach also loves playing with other kittens and would be thrilled to have a friendly feline companion.

Because of her mobility needs, Rachel’s ideal home will have mostly carpeted floors and very few stairs, making it easier and safer for her to explore. She would do wonderfully with gentle, respectful children who will appreciate her playful personality and special uniqueness. We don’t believe she has been around a dog before, but we believe she would do just fine with a cat-friendly dog!

Rachel may look a little different, but she doesn’t know she’s different at all. She simply wants what every kitten wants—a loving family, fun toys, cozy naps, and someone to adore her.
