Bongo and Abbey

BONGO is a BROWN SPOTTED BENGAL and ABBEY is a GREY TABBY AND WHITE DOMESTIC SHORTHAIR. This adorable pair of kittens are about 3-4 months old, they are neutered/spayed, have their claws, are microchipped, current on age-appropriate vaccinations and are FIV/FeLV negative. Both kittens were found as strays in Illinois and wound up at local shelters who then contacted SPCR to see if we had room to take them.

Bongo has an adorable face and a very soft coat with striking spotted Bengal markings of brown, copper and black. Abbey has cute grey/black tabby markings and white bib and 4 white paws. They make the most adorable pair!

Bengal kittens are known to be highly intelligent, have intense energy, are playful and curious…and Bongo is all of those things!  Abbey makes a great friend for Bongo because she also is high energy and loves to wrestle and play with him. They both really enjoy wand toys, plastic springs, play mice and balls.

When not busy playing they both enjoy human attention. Abbey will start out on the shy/skittish side, but once she is comfortable she absolutely loves to be petted. She will lay with her foster mom on the couch and watch tv while getting lots of attention. She is a purr machine! They will sleep in bed with their foster parents.

They eat both wet and dry foods and use their litter box appropriately.

The best home for this pair is a home prepared for high-energy cats. They would get along with other cats given slow introductions. They have not met a dog, but a quiet, calm dog would probably be fine.  They would enjoy older kids who could play with them, but no young kids please.

ADOPTION FEE (for the pair) $500. FOSTERED IN DANE, WI
