THEN…

Bath Bomb was living on the streets in Oklahoma getting beat up by the other cats. He came in with an open, oozing abscess on his head.

Thank you to the person in Oklahoma for saving him from the streets, and to Lucky Mutts Rescue for transporting him up to Wisconsin to join the SPCR foster program.

Matching a Cat and a Need

Aubrey was looking for a resident cat in her Skilled Nursing Facility to help provide recreational therapy. She reached out to SPCR with her special request and SPCR contacted our foster homes looking for a cat with the right personality.

After spending a few weeks in foster care healing, Bath Bomb went to live on an entire floor where he has all the love and attention he could want.  He was officially renamed ‘Brooks’. He does 1 on 1 visits with the residents, who love him dearly, but loves lounging upstairs in the Activity office chairs best.
