Whiskey

WHISKEY is a gorgeous 7 year old male TABBY MAINE COON MIX . He weighs 14lbs, has a silky long tri-colored coat, green eyes, is neutered, fully vetted, and front paw declawed.

Whiskey came to us when one of the vets SPCR uses called to say he was going to be put down for no other reason than his owner has become incapacitated and no one else was able to care for him.  Of course, he came right into foster care!

Whiskey is a great boy!   He loves to be  brushed- even on his belly!  He can be quite the lover (he takes a little while to feel safe in new surroundings  as most cats do) He is great with his litter box.

Whiskey has been an only cat all his life, but seems interested in other cats, so  he may just need long, slow, appropriate introductions to other cats.   He is said to not like dogs.  Whiskey still plays with wand toys and loves catnip!!! This boy is just wonderful!!!

Whiskey would be best suited for an adult home or a home with teenaged children.  No dogs, but possibly another non-dominant cat with appropriate introductions over time.  He is a beautiful boy and we are so happy we could help him !!!
