Tapestry

TAPESTRY is a spayed, approximately 6-year-old LILAC LYNX (mitted with blaze) RAGDOLL.

She is up to date on all of her vaccines, dewormed, microchipped, is FELV/FIV negative, and just had a dental with 3 extractions that she is recovering from. She is all ready for her new life!

Most of Tapestry’s life has been spent having kittens for a breeder. Her babies were likely in high demand because she is absolutely beautiful with her silky fur and blue eyes. After she retired, she was sold to what was meant to be her forever home. Her new family loved her and she loved them but there was one problem–the family’s Goldendoodle. Tapestry did not like that dog. And so, after a few months her new family had to make the heartbreaking decision to surrender her to rescue. They are still following her daily life in foster care and anxiously awaiting news of her adoption.

In foster care, it has been confirmed that Tapestry needs to be a single pet. She doesn’t get along with the resident cat or dog. After taking care of all those kittens, it’s only fair that Tapestry makes her opinion known. She wants a human family only! Tapestry really loves humans. She likes to sit on her favorite person’s lap, crawls under the covers to sleep, is extremely vocal and chatty, and sleeps perched on her foster mom’s desk. The laptop is nice and warm and fun to step on. She loves to be brushed and petted. She also loves to play. You’ll find her pipe cleaners drowned in her water dish daily (a present for you!), or left on your favorite chair. She loves to chase a string or curling ribbon.

Tapestry is a rare find for that person looking for a beautiful purebred lap kitty to spoil and share companionship with. Not all cats want that closeness, but Tapestry absolutely does.
