Spud

SPUD is a BLUE BICOLOR SNOWSHOE SIAMESE with light blue eyes that look trustingly right at you. He is approximately 2  years old, neutered, has all his claws, is up to date on vaccinations, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, dewormed and microchipped. He weighs close to 10 pounds.

Spud is one of the sweetest little chaps his foster mom has had the pleasure to take care of. She is totally in love with this little cat, and is convinced that whoever gets to adopt him, will equally fall in love with him. Spud loves to be around people and completely appreciates a warm lap, or a chest to nestle against (in the event you enjoy taking therapeutic naps). He will lie with or on you for quite some time if you let him, and he loves enjoys being gently stroked. If you appreciate a furry lap warmer while watching your favorite TV show, this little Velcro cat will only be too happy to oblige.

He has not met his foster mom’s male kitties, but she thinks that with proper and slow introductions he should be fine with other cats. Since he loves people so much, he should do great with cat savvy, older children who would like to play and interact with him. Since his foster home doesn’t have dogs, we have no idea how he would interact with a dog.

Spud is great with using his litter box. He has a strong preference for wet food and also enjoys eating freeze-dried raw food. Because he is so people oriented, we feel his best home will be with someone who is home quite a bit. Leaving him alone for 8+ hours per day would probably make him a bit sad and lonely. This adorable boy is in need of love, affection and attention, and his foster mom is committed to finding him a great new home where he will always be protected, treasured and appreciated. ADOPTION FEE $225.
