SIMON is a super-sweet 11-year-old SEAL POINT RAGDOLL. He’s neutered, weighs 13 pounds, and has his claws. This gentle boy was surrendered to an Illinois shelter because his owner passed away.

Simon wears a bunny-soft cream coat with espresso points and has brilliant sapphire eyes. After an exam, blood test, and dental cleaning, our vet gave Simon a clean bill of health. Now, he’s ready for his furever home.

Simon will make some lucky family very happy. He’s a sweet purr-bug who gets along with everyone he meets – both human and fur-kind. He’s currently rooming with another adult and four kittens, with whom Simon is very loving and patient. For that reason, we think Simon (or Si-Si, as his foster mom calls him) would be a great fit in nearly any home. He’s very low-key but appreciates attention and pets – and he’ll reward you with gratitude licks! Older, respectful human kids who would shower this gentle giant with attention would be a dream come true. We think he’d also be fine with a gentle dog that wouldn’t bark or chase him.

Simon has been a wonderful house guest, and is perfectly perfect with his litter box habits. He likes a small dish of canned food in the mornings and is asking for a home willing to continue to feed it to him along with his daily kibble.
