SAIRA and PATRICK are 5 month old kittens. Saira is a female TORTOISESHELL DOMESTIC SHORTHAIR, who has dark gold eyes, and fur that is a silky rainbow of colors. Patrick is a male RED DOMESTIC SHORTHAIR, also with gold eyes, and wonderful red striped fur.  Both have been spayed/neutered, up to date with distemper and rabies vaccines, microchipped, tested negative for felv/fiv, dewormed and have their claws.

At first both are shy and scared of new people and new situations, so slow going will be needed. They also get scared of new noises, and will run to their “safe” room (our bedroom) until the coast is clear. Lol  But once they are comfortable and you have earned their trust, they are a couple of little lovers.

They both like being picked up and love climbing on their foster mom’s lap or laying right next to her. They sleep on our bed every night with us, cuddled nice and close. Patrick reaches for your face with his paw for kisses, and lays his paw on your leg to get picked up, and also likes belly rubs. Saira (sigh-rah) loves attention and will give you many kitty kisses on the face and hand. If she’s alone, she will meow for her brother or foster mom, as if to say, “I was wondering where you were!”, and will come running. They like their quiet time, but they also love wrestling/playing together and sleeping close by. They’ve even started fetching a little fuzzy ball for their foster mom. She flicks it off the bed, they will retrieve it and bring it back to her. They also love cat trees, laser lights, play center, tunnels, wand toys, and all sorts of little bouncy balls and kitty toys.

Yes, they’re shyer kitties and will never be the ones to meet and greet people that come to your house, but they’re such loving and wonderful kitties once they feel comfortable and get to know you. The adopter will need to be patient until they figure out you are one of the good guys, who they can shower with love and kisses.

An ideal home would have no children or dogs, and an adopter that is home during the day.
