Rue

RUE is a GORGEOUS 9 year old CALICO PERSIAN. She has all her claws, is spayed, microchipped, FIV/FeLV negative and fully vetted. RUE has a full BEAUTIFUL calico coat which she loves to have brushed/combed. Rue will require her new home to maintain this lovely coat through weekly brushings. Her bright orange eyes are easy to care for and require minimal wiping.

Rue loves to be loved and be the center of attention. She will voice her misgivings if you are not providing her the attention she deserves. Rue enjoys being pet and loves to have her belly gently rubbed. She will cuddle with you and sleep in your bed at night. She does also enjoy cat trees, sunny windows, catnip and wand toys.

Rue would do best as the queen of the castle as she prefers being the center of attention. With her looks, charm and loving personality, that’s easy to do. A family that is home often would be best, as she is a bit of a high maintenance kitty in that she will require someone dedicated to caring for her coat and adoring her. Older respectful kids would be ok.

Rue does well with her scratching posts and pads and is currently eating Orijen hard food and Darwin’s Natural Selections Wet/Raw Chicken/Turkey/Fish. She will go home with some of her Darwin’s food. Rue should remain on the same or similar high quality food diet, as that is what she is used to. Rue is a dream come true for someone looking for a gorgeous, loving Persian that loves to be loved.
