REMUS and MOODY are two adorable BLACK SMOKE PERSIANS. They are 2 year old brothers who are neutered, have all their claws, are FIV/Felv negative, microchipped and up to date on all vaccines. They are sporting fresh haircuts and have beautiful amber eyes. Moody has only one eye, he lost the other when he was a kitten. Both will need their eye(s) wiped daily.

Remus and Moody are sweet, playful and friendly boys. They both love to sit in a cat tree and watch the birds and squirrels outside. Remus loves wand toys and catnip toys, especially those Yeowww bananas. Moody loves to play with mice and zoom around.

Remus is more of a lap cat and will happily crawl on your lap for some lovin. Moody enjoys attention too, just isn’t much of a lap kitty at this time.

Remus and Moody came into foster care after they unexpectedly lost their human. They have adjusted well, but will require a quieter, low-key home that’s not too loud or active. They temporarily lived with other cats and dogs and were ok with them, with slow and proper introductions. They would not do well with active cats or dogs that would chase them or get in their face. Older calm cat experienced children would be ok.

Remus and Moody would like to find a home together but could also be adopted out individually. Their new home will need to have experience with Persians or similar breeds and be dedicated to maintaining their coats. Which will require weekly grooming or lion cuts when needed. Along with caring for their eyes.

They have excellent litter box habits and use their claws appropriately.
