Pretty Penny

PRETTY PENNY is a 4 month old BUFF TABBY DOMESTIC SHORTHAIR with gold eyes. She is up to date with rabies and distemper vaccines, microchipped,  dewormed, tested negative for felv/fiv, spayed and has her claws.

This poor little girl came into foster in a bad way. She had a severe upper respiratory, broken tail and the shelter that she came from, said she would lose an eye. They were so sure of it, that they gave her a very unflattering name. That name was a big NO in our book, so it got changed immediately, and she got named Pretty Penny, because that is exactly what she is, a pretty little girl!  She now has a bump on her tail where it was broken, but it is all healed up. Her cold was treated and she got eye meds a couple times a day for several weeks. We wanted to see if her eye could be saved. Her right eye is a little darker in color, but she has great vision with it, and as you can see, it was indeed saved! Yay!

She’s an active kitten, like kittens are apt to be, but also people oriented and very affectionate. She follows her fosterparents around the house to see what they’re up to, and see if she can help. Her fostermom is in the kitchen most of the day, so she camps on the top of a cat tree close where the fostermommy action is. Lol
Penny loves petting, picking up, kisses, and if she has a minute, sits on our shoulders. She also sleeps with her fosterparents nightly.

She likes playing, wrestling, and running with other kittens. She also likes cat trees, crinkle tunnels, play center, wand toys, fuzzy mice, ping pong balls, and interact toys.

Small children and noisy dogs would be too much for her. There will need to be another kitten or young adult in her forever home. If you’re looking for a second kitten, she has grown up with Iris, who is also on the website. They get along very well.
