Precious

PRECIOUS is a beautiful BLACK SPOTTED BENGAL. She is 6 years old, spayed, 4-paw declawed, and weighs a lean 7 ½ lbs. She has big beautiful green eyes and her foster mom says she has the softest fur.

Precious came to SPCR when her owner of 6 years could no longer care for her. It will take time and patience for Precious to be comfortable in a new environment. Your patience will be rewarded with her love and trust. When she comes out of her shell, she will meow for attention, rub on you, purr, fall on her side, knead, and put her butt in the air while being petted.

While Precious isn’t your normal high energy Bengal, she does enjoy occasionally playing with her catnip banana, toy mouse, wand teaser, and the elusive red dot.

The perfect forever home for Precious is one where she is the only pet, no other cats, or dogs and has a calm environment, older respectful children would be okay but young children would be too much for her. Her “special needs” status is because of food sensitivities. She is doing well eating freeze-dried raw rabbit and/or freeze-dried raw turkey.

Applicants with prior experience with Bengal, Savannah, Abyssinian, or Oriental Shorthair breeds will be given preference.
