POOH is a 5 year old male CREAM PERSIAN who has recently had a dental, and is ready to find a home! Pooh has his claws, is neutered, has his rabies and distemper vaccine, feluk/fiv negative,  blood work and microchipped.

Pooh is a great cat.  He came into SPCR when his owner became ill and could no longer take care of him.  Pooh is good with other calm cats and good with small dogs who ignore him. 

Pooh loves people. He follows his foster mom all around the house.  He likes to sleep on the end of the bed at night.  Pooh’s tongue sticks out a little almost all the time.  His face is very flat.  He can eat dry food that is in very small pieces.  He also eats a half jar of baby food twice a day which he loves!! He can not get regular canned food into his mouth for whatever reason. So he is looking for a home that will continue to do this after his adoption.  

Pooh likes to play with toys more than any adult Persian his foster mom has ever fostered.  He likes to play with toys by himself as well as laser light and wand toy.

Pooh will be adopted from the Gurnee PetSmart where you will have a chance to interact with him before adoption.
