Ollie

OLLIE is an absolutely gorgeous BLUE POINT RAGDOLL.  He is 2.5 years old, weighs almost 15 lbs, has his claws, current on vaccinations, FIV/FeLV negative and is microchipped.

Ollie came to SPCR when his family could no longer care for him. His foster mom can not say enough good things about Ollie, he has it all…personality and looks!  He has the most beautiful blue eyes, and softest fur. Ollie loves to be around people, and loves to give kisses.  He enjoys being brushed, and petted. He isn’t overly active, but does enjoy some toys and wand toys are his favorite.  Ollie will definitely be a lap cat once he gets a little older. He will sit on his foster parents laps now, but only for a short time and then has to go explore elsewhere.  He doesn’t mind being held and will even give hugs.

Ollie came to his foster home with his favorite cat tree and is requesting to take that to his forever home as well. He likes it set up next to a window so he can watch the action outside.  He currently eats mostly dry food, but also enjoys some wet food as well.  He will also never say no to a treat 😊. He is perfect with his litter box, but would prefer a larger one (due to his size). He has his claws, but doesn’t mind getting his nails cut (especially if treats are involved). He does use a scratching post appropriately.

Ollie did not live with other animals prior, but has met his foster families cats and he did not have any reaction to them. So his foster mom thinks that he would be fine with another fur-friend in the house who would accept him.  He has never been around dogs, but a calm cat-friendly dog would also probably be ok.  Respectful kids would also be ok (school age and up).  Since Ollie loves to be around people so much, a home where someone is home a lot would be preferred.
