Julie

JULIE is a beautiful 10 month old female SILVER SHADED PERSIAN. She is spayed and has all of her claws. She is up to date on shots, FIV/FeLV negative, and is microchipped. She has great litter box habits as well.

Julie came into care when her owner could no longer care for her and she had an eye ulcer where she almost lost her eye. She does have a small bit of cloudiness in her left eye that is almost healed up, but does not require any medications, and was given the green light by the vet to find her forever home.

Julie is a sweet gal who loves her human attention. She will rub up against you and purr for attention and eventually roll over on her back to expose her belly to you. She loves play time with wand toys, but is not overly needy for a kitten and will play when you want or will be near you to see what you are up to.

She does well with being brushed and actually is something that she enjoys. She will need someone to keep up with her grooming care so she does not get matted. Being a Persian, she does have some eye drainage that will need to be wiped daily, but overall is not too significant.

Julie has been tested with dogs and is curious, so a respectful dog that will ignore a kitty would be just fine. She is rooming with other fosters and does really well and is respectful of space. She would do best in a home with children over 10 as younger children can be too much for her at times and she resorts to hiding with the unpredictability of young children.
