JOEY is a 3 year old male, neutered BROWN SPOTTED BENGAL MIX. Joey has his claws, is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, FeLV/FIV negative, and microchipped.

Joey is a big beautiful boy at about 12 lbs and he has a lot of love to give. He is a sweet cat that likes neck scratches. In typical Bengal fashion, he is very smart and listens when being spoken to. He might actually benefit from clicker training if someone has the time and enjoys training their cats. Joey makes an excellent companion for a cat savvy owner.

Sadly, Joey has been returned because he requires a lot of attention. If he does not receive enough attention he tends to chase or nip. Therefore it is important for his forever home to understand how to work with a strong and smart Bengal cat personality. A home where he gets a lot of interaction and stimulation, a cat tree to hang out on, and maybe some shelves to hop on would be perfect for this cool guy.

The ideal home for Joey is one that has experience with Bengal cats (or other high energy breeds). Children wouldn’t work for Joey because he can play a bit rough at times. Cats with non-dominant personalities that won’t be bullied could be okay as he currently is living with a cat roommate. Typically Bengal cats do quite well with cat friendly dogs given slow and proper introductions.
