JAX is a 4 year old male tabby PERSIAN. He is up to date on all of his shots, has been dewormed, FIV/FeLV negative, and neutered. Jax has all of his claws and is just about 11 pounds.

He came to SPCR when a family could no longer take care of him, but he was well loved and cared for. The vet stated that his breathing looks great and he is a very healthy guy. Jax will take a bit of time to warm up, but he is a very easy going cat once he is comfortable in his new environment.

Jax eats both dry and wet food. He is interested in toys, but is not overly active and would be happy window watching a lot of his day. Jax likes an open high sided litter box.

He thrives on attention from his people and loves to be pet. He enjoys the younger kids in the home and looks to them for pets and attention. He also was fine with the resident dog who is gentle and respectful of his boundaries. A young dog looking for a playmate would not be appropriate for him though. Jax lived with cats in his previous home and would probably be fine given proper introductions.

This is a really sweet boy and will show you lots of love and attention.
