Izzy Belle

IZZY BELLE is a SEAL POINT RAGDOLL with soulful blue eyes. She is 7 years old, has her claws, is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, FeLV/FIV negative, and microchipped. She is a voluptuous girl at ~15 lbs.

Izzy Belle came into rescue from a home where she was very loved and well taken care of, but unfortunately the household was too busy and stressful for this big and sensitive girl. Her foster mom is very fond of this somewhat timid wallflower and wants to just pick her up and give her lots of kisses and assure her all is well. Izzy Belle is so sweet and laid back, and you can tell she wants to be with her human(s), but she is not at all intrusive and not in your face. Instead she is a quiet little lady, who will need reassurance and time to blossom in her future home.

Her foster mom feels that Izzy Belle will benefit from someone who won’t mind approaching her (rather than waiting for her to approach), and picking her up for some loving. Her previous owner stated that she loves to have her belly rubbed while laying next to her person on a bed, and as you can see in the video clip, she indeed enjoys a soft belly rub. She would also love to sleep with her person(s) at night. Izzy Belle is not overly active or playful, but rather a gentle kitty who will grace a home with her natural beauty and calm demeanor.

Her perfect home will be in an adult only home. She has been introduced to her foster mom’s non-domineering cats and should be fine with a gentle older cat as long as slow introductions are done and she has her own space to retreat to. An older, chill and cat friendly dog who would ignore her should be okay, but if a puppy is planned in the future, that would probably not work for her. Children would be too much for her.

She is using her litter box without any issues, and she will come to her new home with sparkling teeth due to a recent dental cleaning.
