GRAYSON is a 2 to 3 year old adorable GRAY SCOTTISH FOLD who came to SPCR from Kuwait.  He has a very sweet, gentle personality and is a favorite of his foster mom.

Grayson is fully vetted.  He is feluk/ fiv negative, neutered, has his rabies and distemper vaccine,  microchipped, dewormed and tested negative for the double scottish fold gene.

Grayson may be shy at first, but once he gets to know you he will be your best friend!  He just needs a person who will let him come around at his pace and not push him.  It took almost 2 weeks to know he was safe when he first arrived in Chicago, but his foster mom is hoping it will be faster this next time.

Grayson is good with other cats that are nice to him, or he would be great as an only cat.  But he doesn’t mind other cats that are kind.  Unfortunately Grayson has a a more meek personality and he seems to get picked on by young cats.  He will not stand up for himself, but instead runs.  So many younger or very confident cats like to chase him (which his foster mom stops every time she can) But he doesn’t deserve this.

Grayson loves loves to watch the squirrels and chipmunks outside.  This is his favorite past time.  His second favorite is playing wand toy.  He knows where his foster mom puts the toys away and watches closely to see when they are coming out.  He also likes to sleep in a tall cat tree.  So his new family needs to have a tree for him.

Grayson is not a lap cat, but he loves attention.   He loves to sit next to you and roll around for attention and to be pet.  Grayson does have a little more pushed in face and his eyes need to be washed every few days.   One last thing is that Grayson is a very talkative cat.  He talks more than most siamese, but does not scream and is not loud.

Grayson is currently eating canned food in the morning and free feeding dry food all day.  He is picky about his canned food.
