Calypso

CALYPSO…is a sweet CALICO DOMESTIC MEDIUM HAIR. She is 7 years old, spayed and has her claws. She has brightly colored, easy to manage coat and bright green eyes.  Calypso lived her whole life with an elderly couple and a Himalayan brother until her people passed away. Rather than put them somewhere safe, the family was planning on releasing them into the streets as they did not want them. Fortunately a neighbor found out about this and since there was a Himalayan involved contacted SPCR. We agreed to take both of them in but only Calypso made it to rescue. This pretty girl is quiet, non demanding and gets along very well with other cats. She is a bit shy but once comfortable is sweet natured and loves attention and a sunny window. Calypso has been fully vetted, has had a dental and is a healthy kitty. She is packing a few more pounds than she should but exercise and a decent diet with quality food and no snacks should get her back her slim shape in no time! The best home for her would be quiet, adult and no dogs. She has narrowly escaped a pretty scary fate and so needs a STABLE FurEver Home! Adoption fee $50. Fostered in Kenosha, WI.
