Berra

BERRA is a sweet SNOWSHOE SIAMESE with blue eyes. She is 4 years old, spayed, has her claws, is up to date on vaccinations, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, and is microchipped. She is a voluptuous girl at a little over 11 lbs.

Berra came into rescue with a big male cat after the owner’s child developed allergies.

Initially a little on the shy side, it only took a day or two for Berra to come out of her shell. She now hops off the cat tree as soon as she sees or hears her foster mom and comes over for some rubs. She becomes a little purr machine when her foster mom shows her some much appreciated love and affection.

Her foster mom is very smitten with this sweet girl; just look at her very distinct and unique facial markings…too cute for words. Berra is truly a wonderful and easy kitty to have around. Since she came from a multi cat household, she integrates quickly and smoothly with other kitties. She has met all of her foster parents kitties without a single issue.

Berra likes sitting on laps if one is available. If there are other kitties occupying said laps, she can also entertain herself. She enjoys batting around glitter balls or small toy mice, as well as looking out of windows. Her foster mom has no problem picking her up to bestow a couple of smooches on her adorable face. In the short time she has been in foster care, her foster parents can attest that Berra is the kind of kitty people will treasure having around. She doesn’t seem to be too intrusive, but is just the right amount of connected with the people she comes to trust.

In her previous home, Berra also lived with four large dogs that she got along with just fine. We also believe that children should be okay for her, though she does seem to get spooked with loud noises and sudden moves.

Berra enjoys both wet and dry food and she uses her litter box perfectly. All she needs is a loving family who will adore her as much as her foster parents adore this easy going and super sweet girl.
