Atticus

ATTICUS is an intense BLUE LYNXPOINT SIAMESE MIX. He is around 2 years old, neutered and has his claws. He has a short, easy coat and one bright blue eye.

Atticus came into a local shelter in very bad shape. He had been living outside, with all the weather and fights and scary things that happen to cats in the wild, and boy did he look like it. One eye was ruptured and his ears were so battered they had shrunk down to nubs. Fortunately the shelter saw this was an amazing kitty and went out of their way to provide excellent care to get him back on his feet. His eye was removed and healed well. His ears were cleaned and medicated (he hears fine) and his weight and health are now great. But they know he would be passed by immediately in any overcrowded shelter so they contacted us! WOW WHAT A FAB KITTY!

The first thing he wanted to do with his foster caregiver was to be picked up and held! He is very intense, as you can see by his video, but once in a stable new home he should settle down quite a bit. Atticus is very smart, which is probably why he is a survivor, and is active and energetic. He adores attention.

The best home for him would be cat experienced, adult and looking for a busy, loving companion. He is fine with other cats when introduced properly. We don’t know about dogs. This guy has had such a hard life…he deserves to have a good home for once!
