Natalie

NATALIE is a 3 year old SEAL POINT HIMALAYAN with beautiful blue eyes.  She weighs 7 lbs, has been spayed, tested negative for FIV/FeLV, has her claws, and is up to date on vaccinations and microchipped in preparation for her new, loving home.

Natalie came from a breeder’s home where they decided to focus on Persians and it isn’t clear whether she was bred at all.  Natalie is a charming little girl who is not demanding at all.  She meows only to let us know her food bowl is empty or it is time for wet food.  She loves to be petted, have her cheeks rubbed, and enjoys some scritches down her back besides gentle combing.  Like a lot of Himalayans, her eyes can weep and she benefits from having them cleaned every couple days.  Further, it is easy to trim her claws.

Natalie is an easy-keeper who would love to hang out with an adult or two in retirement.  If you like to keep your home warm in the summer, she will appreciate that as well.  She enjoys a heated pet bed in a felt cave and she enjoys laying in a sunny window to watch the world go by.  She isn’t an active cat and doesn’t get under your feet.

Natalie’s previous home included other cats and friendly dogs.  Her approach to life is to avoid the fray and perch above it all.  She will be happiest in a home with no children under age 12, and no more than a few cats and dogs combined.  She eats Pro Plan dry food and especially enjoys her wet food too.
