Caspian

CASPIAN is a sweet FLAME POINT PERSIAN with golden eyes. He is 3 years old, neutered, front-paw declawed, is up to date on vaccinations, FIV/FeLV negative, and microchipped. He weighs 10.5 lbs.

Caspian was found as a stray. His time was running out at the shelter, and as soon as our rescue saw his picture, we knew we had to make space for him and so he was whisked off into foster care.

His foster parents are very taken with this sweet, and easy going fur boy. Caspian has quickly made himself very comfortable in his foster home, greeting foster parents and visitors alike. He has also met his foster parent’s own kitties without any issues whatsoever.

Caspian likes to engage in a little play time when his foster mom swishes around DaBird or a Mink Wand toy, so she would encourage his future guardians to play with him a couple of times a day to keep him entertained and stimulated. He also occasionally wrestles with a catnip toy, but we wouldn’t exactly consider him a play monster. He is rather a very chill, and very well behaved boy.

He also makes a wonderful snuggle companion when his foster parents are watching TV or taking a little siesta. Caspian’s foster mom has fostered many kitties, so she can attest that they don’t come any sweeter and easier going than this lovely boy. His coat is easy to maintain and he only has a little bit of eye discharge which is more noticeable due to his light coloring. He doesn’t mind too much when his foster mom gently wipes his eyes.

His foster mom feels that Caspian would do great in a home with another mild mannered kitty. Although his foster parents don’t have a dog, a very laid back and cat friendly dog would probably be okay for him. Children should be fine for him as well.

Caspian loves his wet food and also eats some dry kibble. Preference will be given to a home that will continue to offer him both since wet food is so important for proper hydration.

He is using his litter box perfectly.
