Lady Esme

LADY ESME is a SEAL POINT SIAMESE with blue eyes. She is 7 years old, spayed, has her claws, is up to date on vaccinations, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, and is microchipped. She weighs a little over 9 lbs.

Lady Esme and another female Balinese came into our rescue after the owner’s children developed allergies.

Her foster mom has quickly fallen in love with this precious little lady. Initially she will be a bit on the shy or skittish side. When her foster mom enters the room, she’ll scurry around quickly to find a safe space to hide behind, but once she knows who it is, she’ll come out of hiding. After only a couple of days in foster care, now when her foster mom sits on the floor, Esme will come and sit right by her foster mom so she can receive gentle head and all over body rubs. She becomes a soft and sweet little purr machine.

Her previous owners stated that she was an absolutely lovely kitty to live with. They mentioned that she likes sitting on laps, doesn’t mind being picked up or carried around, and enjoys looking out of a window. Foster mom hasn’t had her very long, but can attest that Esme is the kind of kitty people will treasure having around. She does not appear to be a play monster, but rather a chill and laid back little lady.

As already mentioned, Esme has lived with another female kitty. She also lived with and apparently got along fine with their dog, and didn’t mind the children either. She eats both wet and dry food and uses her litter box perfectly.
