Ursula
URSULA is an adorable BLUE LYNX POINT HIMALAYAN. She’s six years old, weighs about 10 pounds, is spayed and has her claws. This sweet girl was surrendered to rescue because her family was unable to care for her.
Ursula has a classic blue lynx point coat with slate nose and paw pads and robin egg baby blues. What a lovely girl. Ursula is very friendly and loves to be petted. We think given the opportunity, she is likely to become a lap kitty in time. She gets along well with other cats and has had a couple of different roommates while in rescue. We imagine that she would be fine around a gentle dog who would not bark or chase her. She’s a fairly confident, independent girl with a sweet, soft side.
This lamb is growing out of a lion cut because she was quite matted when she came into rescue. Her previous owners indicated they had her groomed under sedation regularly, so her new family must be committed to keeping her professionally groomed or teaching her how to accept grooming at home. Keeping her mat-free is a top priority.
Ursula had a UTI when she came into rescue and occasionally urinated outside of (but right beside) her box. Since her UTI treatment, she’s been meticulous with her litterbox habits. It’s important her new family be committed to keeping her litterbox clean and keep a watchful eye out for any indication that she might be suffering from a UTI in the future. Ursula loves her wet food and wants to go to a home where she will be allowed to have it. Wet food is good for her; but she nibbles on kibble also.
This doll would be the purrfect family kitty; older, respectful kids would be fine. She’s watching and waiting for her new fam to come scoop her – just in time to build lasting memories this holiday season.
