Meadow is a DILUTE TORTI DOMESTIC SHORT HAIR. Meadow is up to date on age appropriate vaccines, spayed, tested negative for FIV and FeLV, and microchipped. This sweet girl came to the rescue at 2.5 weeks old when she found herself in a shelter that couldn’t bottle feed her around the clock as she needed. SPCR jumped in to scoop up the litter to ensure they got the care they needed. For many weeks, Meadow and her siblings received around the clock care – a human was their mother for most of their life, so they are very social babies. Their foster mom has taken in a huge number of kittens and she believes Meadow and her siblings are the most social she has ever had.
Meadow is a sweet girl who is always up for an adventure. In this litter of three, Meadow was the largest and first to do everything. She is a pretty fearless kitten that likes to explore. She loves to run around and climb to the highest point of the room. The second you so much as look at this girl, she starts purring. She is great about being held and cuddled. Meadow absolutely adores people, so a home that will love on her a ton is what she desires. She does have quite the fascination with human feet, and enjoys wrestling her foster parents feet and toes daily.
Meadow is great with other cats and needs to be adopted with another kitten from foster or to a home that already has a young cat. This girl would be fine with respectful and gentle dogs. She would also be fine with gentle children. Meadow loves to climb cat towers and nap on the highest perch. She is an active little kitten that likes to explore – so a home that can stimulate her mind would be wonderful for her. Meadow LOVES chasing wand toys all around. She is so excited to see what the world has to offer, and after all these babies have been through, we hope that the world will show them how wonderful life is!
This smart girl is wonderful about using her litter box and has been doing so since just 4 weeks old. Meadow and her siblings never quite caught on to dry food and currently eat a wet food only diet (but will also eat freeze dried raw if offered). Her foster mom doesn’t mind as wet food is actually better for cats which these little kittens seem to realize and enjoy!
If you think Meadow would make a good addition to your family, please consider submitting an application for her. We hope that she will be the spoiled princess she deserves to be. ADOPTION FEE $125. FOSTERED IN MADISON, WI.
