Project Description

JULIETTE…is a darling SEAL POINT BALINESE MIX. She is around 1 year old, spayed and has her claws. She weighs approximately 6 pounds and her silky coat will be medium-length when it grows out. She has the most amazingly pale blue eyes we have ever seen! Juliette was found frozen to a park bench in Chicago in February during the polar vortex (we have since learned that another cat was found frozen with her but sadly did not survive). She was rushed to a vet clinic where she was revived but half of her tail was dead and her paw pads were very frostbitten. We were also afraid she had sustained brain damage but her foster home had faith and worked with her diligently and Juliette proved us all wrong by recovering beautifully. She had her tail amputation recently, as well as being spayed and having a hernia fixed and she is doing very well. Her current foster person is amazed at what a NICE CAT THIS IS after everything she has gone through! She is just the sweetest little girl, following her foster person around  and giving head bumps! She is very much the People Purrson but would be fine living with another gentle cat with slow, proper introductions. Juliette needs a quiet, loving, cat experienced home with no small kids or dogs. She is moderately active, not talkative and takes a little bit to get used to new things but that will improve greatly over time. She is 100% with her litterbox and has good manners.  Adoption Fee $150. FOSTERED IN KENOSHA, WI.
