Project Description

DAISY is a delightful BLUE PERSIAN who came to SPCR from Egypt. She is around 4 years old, spayed and has her claws. She weighs around 7 pounds and has an easy, silky coat, lovely open doll face and lively green eyes.

Daisy and her two roommates came to SPCR from Egypt when their owner was killed in a car accident, leaving the cats with little choice in a country that has almost no animal welfare organizations. Fortunately a partnering rescue in that country stepped in and contacted us and before they knew it, all 3 cats were on their way to another life in the US! As you can see by her video below, Daisy is a BUSY, happy little girl! She is NOT like your typical American Persian! Egyptian Persians are intelligent and quite active, so if you are looking for a couch potato cat, this is NOT what you want! Daisy is very affectation, loves to explore and will be up and about checking everything in your house before you know it! She has a HUGE purr which always seems to be on and she loves to play and be part of your life. She has lived with other cats and gets along best with males that are easy going and will allow her run things. Her coat is easy and, like most of our Egyptian kitties, is thin right now from the climate from which she came but will floof out as her body adapts to the north.

She would probably be ok with respectful, easy-going dogs and older kids that are used to active cats. Come get this little beauty! ADOPTION FEE $350. FOSTERED IN KENOSHA, WI.
