Coco Julien

COCO JULIEN is an easygoing, friendly BLUE POINT SIAMESE MIX who purrs instantly when touched. When his foster mom took him to the vet, he jumped out of his carrier and made friends with all of the techs, rubbing his head on their legs. He turns one on May 24 (happy upcoming birthday!!), is neutered, has claws, and weighs around 9 lbs. One of his ears was docked when he was neutered earlier in life. Coco came to SPCR when his owner could no longer afford a pet. He is up to date on all of his vaccines.

Coco blended into his foster home seamlessly, instantly becoming best friends with the resident cat. They spend their days cuddling on a warm blanket or keeping watch for squirrels and frogs out the basement window. He’s watchfully wary of the resident dog, but not aggressive. He may be fine with an indifferent dog. He loves wet food but is also fine with dry food. He loves to play with any and all cat toys, but is most wild with small puffballs that he can run with, bat at, and toss into the air. He will come running when called. He is not a lap kitty currently. He tolerates being held but wiggles away when given the opportunity.

Coco has an amazing personality – sweet but not clingy – playful but not crazy – easygoing but not indifferent – that would make him a great fit in many households, including those with children.
